Welcome to Sentinel Station!

Located near New Xindus, Regulus, Celes, Nausicaa, and Suliban space and on the edge of what was formerly known as the Delphic Expanse. Sentinel is strategically located at the heart of the region, which was once defined by conflict but now a focus of possibility.
Under the command of Captain Maddox Green, the station serves with the purpose of diplomacy, trade oversight, scientific research, and border security. Sentinel Station is the new frontier where the future of the Federation is currently in motion.
Come join the crew of the Sentinel as we bring stability to what is deemed an unstable region of space.

Mission: Lines in the Vacuum
Posted on Fri Jun 12th, 2026 @ 8:06pm by Lieutenant Varkl Brukh & Captain Maddox Greene & Lieutenant Jane Belanger Dr
Captain Maddox sat in the pilot seat as he guided the shuttle pod out of the Frontier's shuttle bay. Accompanying him were Belanger, Brukh, and several others from their respective departments. Looking over his shoulder, he faced the Chief Engineer. "Science reports some atmospheric concerns with the planet below, which could cause issues with the shuttle if we get too close. No clue what that's all about. But it might be worth looking into after this is all said and done."
"While we're passing by, we may as well take a look then." Brukh reached forward to direct the sensors…

[Bridge]
The doors to the turbolift opened as Captain Greene entered the bridge. He was in the middle of going over recent orders sent over from Starfleet Command when he was interrupted by the bridge about a possible attack by a civilian freighter. "Comm what do you have?"
"The transport Gatlin reports that they were attacked and chased by Nausicaan pirates. Once they crossed into sector 47, the pirates gave up on their pursuit. But they're dealing with issues to their engines and report several injuries."
"Whitford set a course for Five-Two-There-Seven mark, warp three, " Greene ordered.
'Course laid…

Mission: Lines in the Vacuum
Posted on Fri May 22nd, 2026 @ 2:09am by Commander Kytolos Sh'reyva
The Kryfaari emerged from warp beneath a deluge of pale starlight that accentuated the old Andorian destroyer's scarred hull, showing every patch and crack in visual stereo. Age hadn't been kind to the vessel. Commissioned forty-six years ago, it was an old ship. Even from within, Kytolos could feel the slight irregularities in her structure: a rattle here, a tremor there--the overcompensation of maneuvering thrusters shaking every ventilation duct on the deck.
He knew ships carried memories much differently than their crew, and the Kryfaari wasn't just old, she was well into advanced age. Understandably, the Andorian Imperial Guard had…

Mission: Lines in the Vacuum
Posted on Tue May 19th, 2026 @ 5:14pm by Lieutenant T'Vei
BANG, the sound improbably loud in the small confines of the bunk space as T'Vei's rotation smacked her elbow into the wall. She fidgeted, carefully maneuvering the tangle of blankets to avoid choking her.
She stared out at the faint glow of light outlining the door to the small cabin while she listened to the snores of her roommate above her. The lanky Vulcan tried to stretch out, her foot escaping the confines of the multi-blanket cocoon, requiring another adjustment.
When she imagined serving with Starfleet, this is not what she had in mind. She rotated to face the bunk…

Mission: Lines in the Vacuum
Posted on Tue May 19th, 2026 @ 2:26am by Commander Kytolos Sh'reyva
The beeping continued after the dream had gone to black.
For several seconds, Kytolos could not separate one reality from the other. The sound threaded through the darkness with the same marked insistence as a wonky proximity alarm, and he woke with every muscle in his body tensed and braced for impact. His hand reached out and struck empty bedding where a console might have--should have--been. The motion sent pain through his shoulder all the way down into his wrist.
He drew in a breath that was sharp and hard, and which also hurt.
The chamber around him remained dark…

It had been a long day. Rushing to the Frontier after receiving the unexpected notice, rushing the warp core activation, departure and assigning the enlisted staff to routine tasks, all while keeping an eye on the power levels to gauge how well the aging ship operated. Finally things were running well enough that he felt able to turn things over to the most competent Chief Petty Officer on duty, and went to find his quarters.
Being a small ship, everyone but the CO and XO had shared quarters. According to the computer he was assigned to share with the acting…

Personal Log
"Today, Doctor Belanger gave me the task of checking out the inventory on the Frontier. The fact that she trusted me with such a task was an honor. Hopefully, I didn't give the impression of being overly eager. This also led to a conversation with Captain Greene. Most of the senior staff I found myself having to approve myself throughout the years. But the Captain was kind and offered to help me locate my parents. It's been eight long years without a single word for them. And I wasn't even allowed to take the necessary steps required to…

"Captain's personal log. My first staff meeting with the senior staff went primarily well. I was hoping that Doctor Belanger would have some good news regarding getting our resident Nausicaan healthy and on his feet again. But walking again would not be an option for him. Even though there were other alternatives, but the patient refused. As much as I don't like what's about to take place due to that refusal. That is indeed his right to live or die according to the beliefs of his culture. Though that belief to me is archaic. Perhaps the…

Chief Engineer's Log
Repair work is complete on the arm of Pylon C, the damage consisted of two hull plates that were improperly welded. Due to time constraints with the Nausicaan imminent arrival, I made the decision to patch the location rather than replace it. Fabrication labs created a 1 meter by 4 meter piece of plating; colored to match the hull in that location, and it was taken to the hangar module by anti-grav sled.
Acting flight deck OPS Lt. Jg Smith assigned a trainee pilot, Ens. Srevon to operate the inspection pod, outfitted to Workbee specifications with a…

Shuttlecraft Velor – En Route to Starbase Sentinel
Begin security officer’s personal log.
Anticipation is a peculiar sensation. Akin to anxiety, it bears similar symptoms: restlessness, accelerated and disordered thought patterns, and increased heart rate and respiration. And yet there is a positive association, a missing element that I find perplexing.
I have served on the Sh’Raal for eight years, nine months, and sixteen days. The ship is familiar and that familiarity improves my efficiency, and yet I have grown distracted. I know that the starboard torpedo launcher responds 1.2 seconds slower than the port tube due to the electromagnetic…
